phpMyAdmin on mi-linux

phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Web. It is freely available from http://www.phpmyadmin.net under the General Public Licence (GPL).

HOW TO USE phpMyAdmin

1. Visit https://mi-linux.wlv.ac.uk/phpmyadmin

2. Login with your account and password provided to you when you registered for MySQL or with account "demo" and no password

3. If logged in as demo, along the left hand side of the screen you should see a drop-down box with a number of databases that you can access. If logged in with your MySQL account and password, you will see only your database in the left hand column. Click on your database name to see the main form.
