Innovation

Comes in various types and characteristics. - with different groups describing it differently.

Often confused with invention or even best practice!


Radical or disruptive innovation.

This is usually cheaper than the alternatives - i.e. redduced costs of use or ownership (these costs may be pecuniary or time)
